Roger Beebe: Films for One to Eight Projectors

The Film Study Center at Harvard University, Balagan Films, and the AgX Film Collective pesent Ohio-based filmmaker, Roger Beebe, for an evening of new works on 16mm and video, as part of his first East Coast tour in seven years.  "Films for One to Eight Projectors" features several premieres of new works alongside some of his best-known projector performances (including the six-projector show-stopping “Last Light of a Dying Star”), as well as recent award-winning work in single-channel HD video.

AgX at Sleeping Giant Fest 2018

AgX member, Brittany Gravely, presents a curated program of films by AgX members as part of Jacksonville, Florida’s Sleeping Giant Fest, March 29 to April 1.  "Portrait" will be screened, in addition to work by Wenhua Shi, Sarah Bliss, Susan DeLeo, Natalie Minik, Allison Cekala, Janeann Dill, Youjin Moon, Peaches Goodrich, Kimberly Forero-Arnías, Stefan Grabowski, Luis Arnías, Robert Todd, Paul Turano, Mike Piso, …, and Brittany.

AgX Presents Robert Schaller

AgX Film Collective in collaboration with Harvard Film Archive presents
Film as / for Music as / for Film: Work by Robert Schaller, a program of film and music: Sunday, February 25, at 5:00 PM at the Harvard Film Archive.  Schaller’s distinctive films are shot with a homemade pinhole camera onto stock coated with his own silver emulsion.  He will accompany two of his films on piano, with guest cellist, Jonathan Butler, performing four pieces, including original compositions by Schaller.

AgX members Gen Carmel and Stefan Grabowski present a curated program of films by AgX members at the Echo Park Film Center in Los Angeles, California, Thursday, February 22, 8:00 PM.  Doors 7:30 pm; $5.00 admission.  
In addition to my film "Portrait" the program includes work by Peaches Goodrich, Youjin Moon, Wenhua Shi, Brittany Gravely, Anto Astudillo, Allison Cekala, Susan DeLeo, Paul Turano, Anulfo Baez, Kimberly Forero-Arnias, and Rob Todd.
